1. The mechanical expansion of 316L stainless steel tubes into ultra-thin (0.4 mm) aluminum fin plates required high-precision tooling and rigorous process control to prevent deformation or damage during assembly. This was executed using CNC-guided expansion systems and in-house developed calibration methods.
2. The use of thin aluminum fins significantly improves thermal conductivity while reducing unit weight. However, this also imposes strict structural design constraints to ensure mechanical stability under thermal stress, vibration, and pressure cycling.
3. Each unit underwent complete thermal and structural modeling using advanced FEA and CFD simulations. All fabrication steps were conducted under full QA/QC supervision in compliance with petrochemical-grade manufacturing protocols.
