This huge transducer has 3957 branches of 7 meter titanium tubes with a diameter of 19 mm and a thickness of one mm. Tube sheets are carbon steel with titanium grade 11 cold coating applied by explosive method. The shell of this heat exchanger is of the Kettle Type type with a diameter of three meters, which is connected to two non-concentric cones with a diameter of three meters by two meters on both sides of the shell.
This converter has an Expansion Joint with a diameter of 2 meters and a Demister Pad is installed on the outlet.
The weight of the converter is 31 tons
